Register a Domain
You can register a domain with any provider:
- Tencent Cloud: https://dnspod.cloud.tencent.com
- Alibaba Cloud: https://wanwang.aliyun.com
- GoDaddy: https://www.godaddy.com
Bind Domain to Enterprise Mail
In Tencent Enterprise Mail, go to “Enterprise Information” and add your domain.
Tencent will then provide two DNS resolution records:

Open your DNS management console. Set the host record to @, select MX as the record type, enter the domain name above, and set the MX priority.
After completing the DNS configuration, go back to Tencent Enterprise Mail and click “I have completed the setup” on the domain application page.
Once complete, re-login to the Tencent Enterprise Mail admin console, go to “My Enterprise”, and check if there is a green ✓ next to your domain. If so, the domain email has been verified successfully.
Add Mailbox
In the Contacts management section, click “Add Member”.
After filling in the member information, the mailbox is ready for use.
