Run PTGui_Pro_12_X64_Setup.exe from the archive to complete installation.
After installation, the software directory looks like:

Copy the PTGui_Fix64_.key file from the archive into the root directory of the installed software:

├─PTGuiViewer.exe
├─unins000.dat
└─unins000.exe
Then run PTGui.exe.
