Nuxt UI Pro Build Notes

Encountered license verification issues while building Nuxt UI Pro. While cracking paid software is not recommended, for learning and debugging purposes, sometimes it’s necessary to resolve urgent needs.

Environment: Node.js v22.14.0, npm v10.9.2

Workaround

  1. Comment out await _package.validateLicense(...) in node_modules/@nuxt/ui-pro/dist/module.cjs:
nuxt.hook("build:before", async () => {
  // await _package.validateLicense({ key, theme, dir: nuxt.options.rootDir });
});
  1. In node_modules/@nuxt/ui-pro/dist/shared/ui-pro.BVl-N_q5.cjs and ui-pro.CqnQuCPp.mjs, replace validateLicense with:
async function validateLicense(opts) {
  const response = { status: 200 };
  return response;
}

After these changes, the project compiles successfully. This is for personal study and research only — do NOT use in commercial projects. If you can afford it, purchase a license to support the Nuxt UI Pro team.
